Refunds & Exchanges
Wolfe will happily offer a refund on any damaged or faulty items purchased on our online store within 14 days of the item being received. To request a return due to damage or fault please take a photo of the damaged item and send it along with a brief description to hello@wolfepetcare.com.au. We will assess the item and if deemed faulty we will issue a refund to the same payment method used for the purchase. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. Wolfe unfortunately cannot offer a refund due to change of mind.
We will happily offer an exchange on unused, unopened, undamaged items purchased on our online store within 14 days of the item being received. To organise an exchange, please email hello@wolfepetcare.com.au. Please note, return and subsequent postage must be covered by the customer.
Please note that shipping costs cannot be refunded or be credited towards an exchange balance. Refunds and exchanges are for the price of the product only.
